Our President, Luv M. Biswa, is a transformational leader who has achieved a tremendous record of success in various aspects of his life. He demonstrates an exceptional ability to lead, innovate, and pioneer new paths through his collaborative nature. His passion for bridging the language and cultural barrier is fueled by his experience of being a refugee for over two decades. These first-hand realities have shaped within him a strong desire to make a difference in cross-cultural communications. Mr. Biswa founded NIT Inc. to be the means through which he can mitigate linguistic and cultural disparities that exist in every community throughout the country.

NIT Inc. is an interpreting and translation agency founded by an actual interpreter with a broad and extensive experiences. Our President, Mr. Biswa, holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California University of Pennsylvania, an associate degree of Liberal Arts from Pima Community College, an associate degree in Business Administration/Commerce from Tribhuvan University in Nepal and currently serves as the President (Board Chair) of the Bhutanese Community Association of Pittsburgh (BCAP).
